How to Keep You Away From the Hospital

If you try to take some small changes in your daily life, perhaps it will make you more healthy. A recent study from US pointed out that it can reduce the frequency of going to hospital as long as you learn several methods as the following. Remember that health comes from details in daily life.

1. Do morning exercise for 5 minutes.

If you can do morning exercise for 5 minutes, it not only supplies energy to the body, but helps to burn more calories at a faster speed. For example, to do push-ups will accelerate the heart rate thus to achieve the desired results.

2. Stand up and answer the phone

This habit will make you take a deep breath to relax yourself, which enables blood containing abundant oxgen to flow into the brain. As a result, the simple change will keep you energetic for several hours during the day.

3. Sing while taking a bath

To sing aloud while taking a bath will promote the release of endorphins by the body thus to produce a sense of happiness and reduce pressure.

4. Eat snacks at ten in the morning

By half past ten in the morning, the glycogen stored in the body has been almost consumed. At this moment, you may take a piece of chocolate or some biscuits, which not only supplements enough energy but helps you avoid eating too much for lunch effectively.

5. Take a nap at noon for 20 minutes.

It is the most ideal thing to take a nap for 20 minutes at noon. Actually, there is no difference between a 20-minute nap and a 1-hour nap. Besides, to take a nap for 1 hour is sometimes bad for the health of people because it will make them hardly fall asleep at night.

6. Eat fiber food often when driving.

It is a known fact that drivers are easily to feel tired during a long trip. In this case, it is suggested to put some peanut and raisin in the car. That is because both the two food contain a large amount of potassium that can transform the sugar in the blood into energy. Besides, they are rich in magnesium carbonate which are beneficial for the body. As we know, to be lacking in magnesium carbonate will make the body produce a lot of lactic acid that is easy to make drivers suffer from fatigue.
