Health Fitness Tips

Likewise, fitness makes us want to live everyday of our life in the best manner possible. Most importantly: it also makes the difference between living life to the full and merely existing, or leading a dull existence.

Gargle with warm water or warm water mixed with salt, each time after food or after brushing every night to get relief from tooth ache.

Boil tamarind leaf in water adding salt. Keep pouring the liquid on the affected area. This helps to reduce the joint pain.

Chewing some thing like Chewing gum, will help to open up the clogged Eustachian tube and thus reduce the ear pain.

  2. I agree with the use of tamarind leaf for join pain...my mother is a big fan of it since we have two big tamarind trees in the farm.
